Reporting concerns or allegations of child exploitation or abuse

Fragile to Agile has formed a child protection policy to proactively prevent, mitigate, and respond to all forms of child exploitation, abuse, and harm. Child exploitation and abuse is not tolerated and attracts disciplinary and commercial sanctions, as well as criminal penalties under Australian domestic and extraterritorial laws.

If you have been abused or have any concerns relating to the abuse or exploitation of children, report it immediately.

If you or a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police.

How do I make a report?

If you wish to report any suspected or alleged incident of child exploitation and/or abuse, you may do so by using the following form:

Child Incident Notification Form [Word 50 KB]
Child Incident Notification Form [PDF 177 KB]

Reports can be made by sending an email to childprotection@fragiletoagile.com.au, by calling or messaging +61 402 434 391 or by physical mail addressed to

Child Protection Officer

Whilst this form is made public for any person to easily complete and report, once it is filled out and reported, Fragile to Agile manages each instance securely and confidentially in line with our policy, so a completed form is then classified Private and Confidential.
