About this service

An Enterprise Requirement is a common requirement for all solutions if the desired target state required to support your strategy is to be achieved. It covers what are traditionally referred to “non-functional requirements” (a term we do not favour at Fragile to Agile – is a real-time trading system that takes 4 minutes to execute a trade “functional”?) as well as requirements that apply across all technology solutions at your organisation, e.g., help.

This service defines these requirements once so they can be reused for all technology procurements.

Why is it important?

These are common requirements that span all technology systems at an organisation so why develop those multiple times. Developing them once reduces cost and increases efficiency and consistency. The vendor community will also appreciate it as when replying to more than one tender at your organisation they know what to expect and will have responses already prepared to these common requirements.

How we work with you

Developed over decades of experience at hundreds of organisations in most industry segments Fragile to Agile has material Intellectual Property to fast-track the delivery of this service. We contend this IP represents a “super-set” of all Enterprise Requirements (common functional and non-functional).

Our approach to delivering this service is to bring our IP to bear and use it as a starting point set of these requirements which we then workshop with you to determine which are appliable. This produces the draft version of the deliverable for you which then undergoes a traditional review and update cycle to ensure that nothing has been missed.
