Enterprise Architecture establishment is a bundle of our other service offerings tailored for what is required to establish a right-sized Enterprise Architecture capability for your organisation. Naturally given it is a tailored service bundle, the exact contents of the bundle are different for each organisation but typically might include Enterprise Architecture Essentials Training course, Business Capability Model Development, Strategic Operating Model Determination; Architecture Governance Establishment and Domain Reference Architecture Development.
