About this event

Using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in business (or not)

We have KPI’s in our lives from the day we are born in some form, even if we don’t recognise that. Our first KPI’s in life include heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, our grades at school, sport results, etc.

A KPI, or key performance indicator, is a measurable value, used to evaluate how successful a person or organisation is at reaching a target. We often use them in our organisations, but not always to the effect we hope for. We are excited to have a great presenter and experienced leader of multinational companies share his take on KPIs with us!
