Adam InternetOrganisation Overview
Adam Internet is a leading provider of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services to residential, government and business customers in South Australia. Adam Internet became a licensed Telecommunications Carrier in 2004 and was the first South Australian ISP to deploy a multi-million-dollar dedicated ADSL2+ exchange network, providing a superfast broadband option to the community. Adam Internet also created the first metropolitan wireless broadband network in Australia.
Adam Internet was acquired by iiNet in 2013 but has retained its brand and operational independence.

Fragile to Agile Engagement
The CIO of Adam Internet was formerly the CIO at Adelaide Bank and, being familiar with Fragile to Agile’s methodology, introduced many of its techniques to Adam Internet. These techniques rely on the existence of a Business Capability Model, the production of which is a highly-specialised skill for which Fragile to Agile was engaged to develop. Once this model was completed, it was used by Adam Internet to design their transformation program internally with architectural and solution design oversight provided by Fragile to Agile.
