Fragile to Agile Engagement

Fragile to Agile was engaged to define and develop a target state solution architecture as a positioning platform for Teachers Health Fund to effectively pursue its business strategy and growth aspirations. This included the development of a Business Capability Model to provide a business-driven approach to the planning process and to underpin the definition of the architecture, together with a three-year solution roadmap to achieve the target state.

Other artefacts delivered during the engagement included an investment and prioritisation process to support IT investments; reference architectures to inform the design and maintain the integrity of the target state architecture; an architecture governance framework to provide the required oversight for the target state architecture, and expertise in uplifting the maturity of the IT service management capability within IT.

We have also performed two additional review engagements on their Integration (SOA) project and on the general roadmap progress and to update the roadmap based on changed business drivers.
