Glenn Smyth is founder of Fragile to Agile, a dedicated Architecture practice launched in 2009 and recent winner of the 2015 Australasian award for excellence in Enterprise Architecture. Of particular relevance to this event Fragile to Agile has recently completed a full technology roadmap for the Bundaberg Regional Council. Glenn was formerly the Chief Architect at Adelaide bank and preceding that Chief Architect at the ATO. Prior to launching Fragile to Agile, with typical Irish wanderlust, Glenn worked at more than 30 organisations on three continents, before finally settling for good in Australia.
Akos Szonyi is an astute corporate professional with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services sector, across information technology, operations and sales businesses.
His extensive experience—spanning both the European Union and the Middle East—includes multi-million dollar change projects (such as mergers and acquisitions) as well as managing large multinational businesses. Akos has considerable experience in crisis management functions, selection and consolidation of IT systems and infrastructure and cost optimisation functional units in multinational and multicultural environments.
Matt Salmanzadeh is a passionate business improvement professional with experience managing multimillion-dollar business operations specialising in optimisation and IT functions with one of the Australian Big Four banks.
His skills and experience in the corporate world is complemented by his dedication to corporate sustainability, social responsibility, community development and social justice projects.
Akos and Matt are co-founders and Managing Directors of Reveal Consulting Group, a boutique management-consulting firm focused on organisational improvement. The group are driven by Business Optimisation leveraging IT and MIS infrastructure development and deployment, while consulting around People Policy, Management and Strategy design and deployment.
